Karen has worked with LexisNexis/Martindale-Hubbell for the past 7 years, starting as an article editor, and currently on the online services product management team.  Her focus is on martindale.com and she works to continually improve the B2B site for its users.

She received a BA in English from the University of New Hampshire and studied at Regents College in London.
