Carlton A. Dyce currently serves as Vice President of Peer Review Rating and Client Review Services for LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Dyce has over 25 years of broad publishing and production experience covering data collection, database management, quality assurance, product fulfillment and customer experience strategies. For the past fifteen years, Mr. Dyce has worked in Martindale-Hubbell’s New Providence, New Jersey office where he has served in a variety of key leadership positions including Senior Director of Editorial and Production, Senior Director of Customer Experience, and Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction.
For more than ten years, Mr. Dyce supervised the production of the Martindale-Hubbell database, including directory development, data for CD-ROM, and, and was instrumental in transitioning the editorial process from print-focused to web-focused. Mr. Dyce is a recipient of the 2002 LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Presidents Award and LexisNexis Circle of Excellence Award, and the 2001 Martindale-Hubbell Outstanding Team Performance Award – Lawyer Biography Manager.
Mr. Dyce began working with the Peer Review Ratings team in May 2007 and was named Vice President of Peer Review Rating and Client Review Services in October 2007.
Mr. Dyce’s educational background includes an AAS in Management & Sales, a BA in Marketing, an MA in Organizational Management and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. In his free time, he raises and breeds birds and also enjoys playing chess, football, basketball and golf.
